Resided at 1745 20th (1892), 26th and Clark (1894), 19th and Franklin (1895), and 1901 20th (1896 and 1897). Several of these addresses fall outside the current Drake neighborhood boundaries.
Interestingly, his occupation is listed as "gardner" in the 1895 City Directory. It is possible this is a data entry error, as Gardner is also his name. The 1896 city directory lists his occupation as "wks W C Howell".
